For 5% of the final sales price, we handle every detail of the selling process from start to finish. While your car is with us, our experienced team will maintain it in showroom condition, ensuring it’s kept clean, polished, and on charge. You can rest easy, enjoy your time, travel, or focus on what matters most to you, knowing your supercar is being expertly cared for.
- Service Agreement: By choosing the No Hassle sales service, the seller agrees to let AZAK Supercars handle all aspects of the sale, including photography, advertising, buyer qualification, and negotiation.
- Fee Structure: The service is charged at 5% of the final sales price. The fee will be deducted from the sale proceeds once the transaction is completed.
- $999 Savings: Sellers who choose the No Hassle sales option will instantly save $999, which would otherwise be charged for the standard listing service.
- Exclusive Listing: Sellers agree to list their supercar exclusively with AZAK Supercars for the duration of the sale. No other platforms or dealerships may be used to sell the vehicle during this period.
- Vehicle Location: The seller is required to keep the vehicle within AZAK Supercars’ premises throughout the sales process, enabling us to showcase it effectively to potential buyers.
- Insurance Requirement: The seller must ensure that the vehicle is insured during the entire sales process while it is in AZAK Supercars’ premises.
- Cancellation: AZAK Supercars requires 7 working days notice for any cancellation of the exclusive listing. all photos and videos used in the advertising process will be given to you.
- Sale Process: AZAK Supercars will handle all inquiries, negotiations, and offers on the seller’s behalf. However, the final decision on accepting or declining an offer remains with the seller.
- Transaction Management: AZAK Supercars will manage the paperwork, ownership transfer, and financing (if applicable), ensuring a smooth transaction for both the seller and the buyer.
